Cecil Soil Conservation District Edgar “Duty” Hevelow Memorial Scholarship

The purpose of the fund is to support those students who are interested in pursuing a career in natural resources and/or conservation/environmental degree.
• Residency: Recipient must be a resident of Cecil County, Maryland
• Academic Programs: Agricultural Sciences, Horticultural Science, Ecology; Recipient must be pursuing a natural resources and/or conservation related program
• GPA: Minimum 2.0 GPA
