Clarence M. Webb, Jr. Memorial Scholarship

The purpose of this fund is to promote the study of agriculture and to foster the growth and development of young farmers in Cecil County.
-Residency: recipient must be a Cecil County resident
-Academic Program(s): must be enrolled in the Agriculture Science or the Equine Science program of study
-GPA: must maintain a minimum 2.0 GPA
