• Residency: Must be a resident of Cecil County and a graduate of North East High School
• Academic Program(s): First preference will go to students enrolling in a business major accredited program, if
  no Business majors are eligible then scholarship will be awarded to two students enrolled in any accredited program (NO certificate programs are eligible)
• GPA: 3.0
