North East Chamber of Commerce "Nick" Demond Memorial Scholarship
The North East Chamber of Commerce Nick Demond Memorial Endowed Scholarship was created in recognition of Ulysses Grant “Nick” Demond, III, for his lifelong service and dedication to our country and our community. The North East Chamber of Commerce hopes that all recipients of the Scholarship will embrace the same spirit of service and commitment which Mr. Demond exemplified throughout his life.
Impact
The purpose of this fund is to provide tuition assistance to North East High School graduates attending Cecil College with a preference to students enrolling in a business major program leading to a degree.
