The Hiram C. Brown, Sr. Memorial and Donaldson Brown Memorial Scholarship

Criteria:
• Residency: First priority will be given to Cecil County residents, then Harford County residents, then Maryland residents, then out-of-state residents.
• Academic Programs: Performing Arts and/or Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Criminology, Cybersecurity, and Criminal Justice majors.
• Credit Load: Minimum of six (6) credit hours per semester.
• Grade Point Average (GPA): Minimum of 3.0 to be eligible for consideration; minimum of 2.5 to continue to receive scholarship assistance.
• Need-based: Only students that establish a financial need on the basis of completion of the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) are eligible for this award.
