Cecil County Democrat Club Scholarship

The purpose of this award is to present a scholarship to two deserving Cecil County Public High School seniors planning to attend Cecil College in the fall as a full time or part time student. The student who submits the best essay concerning good citizenship and/or civic responsibility, with the theme of “How will you aim to make a difference in your community?”, will be the recipient of this scholarship. It is the intention of the club to present this scholarship each year to two Cecil County Public High School seniors.

• Residency: Must be a Cecil County Public School senior in good academic standing (G.P.A. of 2.5 or higher).
