Principal Scholarship

The Principal Scholarship was created in honor of the educational partnership between Cecil County Public High Schools and Cecil College. The scholarship is awarded with the intent that the recipient will complete an associate degree at Cecil College.

• Must be a senior graduating from the School of Technology, Elkton, North East, Perryville or Rising Sun High Schools with a minimum GPA equivalent to a “B average.”
• Must be enrolled in a degree program at Cecil College by June 30.
• Must be enrolled full-time (12 credits) per semester at Cecil College
• Must maintain a 2.0 GPA out of 4.0 to be eligible for the second half of the scholarship award.
• The scholarship must be used for two consecutive semesters
