Women's College Club of Cecil County/Hugh W. Caldwell General Scholarship

1. Recipient must be a resident of Cecil County.
2. Recipient will be a graduating senior from one of Cecil County’s public high schools.
3. Recipient must be registered in any classified program of study at Cecil College.
4. Recipient should be a full-time student. If no full-time students apply, the recipient may be a part-time student registered in a classified program of study.
5. Recipient must have and maintain a Grade Point Average of 2.5+.
6. Recipient must demonstrate financial need by completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)
7. Preference to a female student.
