Dr. Robert L. Gell Scholarship

1. Recipient must be enrolled in a classified program of study at Cecil College
2. Recipient must have and maintain a 2.0 out of 4.0 GPA
3. Recipient must demonstrate need by completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)
