Rock Springs Generation Facility Scholarship

1. Preference will go to recipients graduating from Perryville High School or Rising Sun High School who attended Conowingo Elementary School. If no applicants are eligible, the award may go to graduating seniors from any Cecil County public high school.
2. Preference will be given to students who register in the Teacher Education program of study at Cecil College. If no applicants are eligible, the award will be given to any student who is enrolled in a classified program of study at Cecil College.
3. Recipient must be full-time (12-15 credits).
4. Recipient must have and maintain a 2.75 out of 4.0 Grade Point Average (GPA)
5. Recipient must demonstrate need by completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)
