Florence P. Smith Scholarship

1. Recipient must be a Cecil County resident.
2. Recipient must major in an Education or Nursing Program at Cecil College.
3. Recipient must have and maintain a minimum of a 2.5 Grade Point Average (GPA) out of 4.0.
