The JoAnn Hall Memorial Scholarship

1. Recipient must be a resident of Cecil County.
2. Recipient must have and maintain a Grade Point Average (GPA) of 2.0+ out of 4.0.
3. Recipient must be registered in a classified program of study at Cecil College.
4. Recipient must be registered for twelve (12) or more credits.
5. Recipient must demonstrate financial need through federal financial aid application.

6. Recipient will be awarded with a preference to a female athlete who is participating in one of Cecil College’s varsity sports.
