The JoAnn Hall Memorial Scholarship

1. Recipient must be a resident of Cecil County.
2. Recipient must have and maintain a Grade Point Average (GPA) of 2.0+ out of 4.0.
3. Recipient will be awarded to a female athlete who is participating in one of Cecil College’s varsity sports.
4. Recipient must be registered in a classified program of study at Cecil College.
5. Recipient must be registered for twelve (12) or more credits.
6. Recipient must demonstrate financial need through federal financial aid application.
