PNC Bank Scholarship

1. Recipient must reside in Bank’s market area including all of Cecil County and Harford County.
2. Recipient must have and maintain a Grade Point Average (GPA) of 2.5
3. Student must be registered in a degree or certificate program in Business, Accounting, or accounting or related course of study at Cecil College, and/or have participated in the PNC Ironbirds event.
4. Student must be registered for six or more credits per semester.
5. The student must demonstrate financial need by completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) as applicable.
