  • Residency: No residency requirement
  • Academic programs: Any degree or certificate program.
  • The recipient must meet all federal criteria for financial aid but does not have to be registered with the Selective Service.
  • The recipient may be enrolled part-time, minimum of six credits, or full-time.
  • GPA: 2.5 or good standing in a certificate program.
