Patrick J. & Delores Ulrich Scholarship

1. First priority will go to Cecil County residents, followed by other Maryland residents, then out-of-state.
2. Recipient must demonstrate financial need by completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FASFA).
3. Recipient must have and maintain a minimum of a Grade Point Average (GPA) of 2.0 out of 4.0.
4. Recipient must be enrolled in a classified program of study at Cecil College.
