Susan Kilby Nursing Scholarship

1. Recipient must be a resident of Cecil County.
2. Recipient must be a second year student in the RN program at Cecil College.
3. Recipient must have and maintain a Grade Point Average of 2.5 or better out of 4.0.
4. Recipient must demonstrate financial need by completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid
(FAFSA).
