The Frank Rinaldi Community Service Scholarship

Purpose of the fund: To encourage and support Cecil College students who demonstrate an active interest in service to their community.
Criteria:
-Residency: recipient must be a Cecil County resident.
-GPA: recipient must maintain a minimum 2.0 GPA
