The Elkton F.O.P. Lodge 124 Scholarship

1. Recipient must be resident of the Town of Elkton and a graduating senior.
2. Recipient must maintain a minimum GPA of 2.5.
3. Recipient must be registered in a classified program of study at Cecil College.
4. Recipient must be registered full-time (12-15 credits) per semester
5. Recipient must demonstrate financial need by completing the Free Application Federal Scholarship Aid.
