The Cecil County Department of Social Services/Donaldson Brown Scholarship

Contact Program Director to apply. Recipient must be between the ages of 21 and 55 years of age.-Recipient must be fully unemployed, but employable Recipient must intend to enroll in a high school credentialing program or a workforce training program through the Division of Continuing Education at Cecil College. Priority will be given to students in programs leading directly to identifiable employment opportunities.4. Recipients are not currently eligible for educational funds from any other tax-supported program.
