The Kiwanis Club of Elkton Memorial Scholarship

• Residency: preference will be given to students that reside in Cecil County.
• Program(s): preference will be given to students enrolled in any classified study program.
• Credit Load: eligible students may be enrolled as part-time or full-time at Cecil College.
• GPA: Scholarship recipients must maintain a minimum grade point average of 2.0 out of a 4.0 grading scale in order to be eligible for continuation of this scholarship for a second semester.
• Need- or Merit-based: The Kiwanis Club of Elkton Memorial Scholarship Fund will be a need-based. As such, the recipient must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) application to be eligible.
