Maryland Materials Scholarship

• Residency: Recipients must be Cecil County residents
• Academic Program: Recipients must be enrolled in a classified program of study at Cecil College
• Enrollment: Recipients must be enrolled in at least 6 credit hours per semester
• GPA requirement: Recipients must have and maintain a 2.0 GPA out of 4.0; first-time students must have a “B” average in high school.
