The Pierre L. and Richard M. LeBrun Scholarship

1. Cecil County residents will get first priority, followed by Maryland residents, then out-of-state residents.
2. Recipient must have and maintain a Grade Point Average (GPA) of 2.0+ out of 4.0.
3. Recipient must be registered in a classified program of study at Cecil College.
4. Recipient must be registered for six (6) or more credits.
5. Recipient must demonstrate financial need by completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
