The DeMaris Family Foundation Scholarship
The interest in this scholarship is the DeMaris philosophy that the youth, and how they are supported and coached, steer the outcome or our world.
This fund was established by Brian DeMaris who attended Woodstown High School in Woodstown New Jersey, the State University of New York in Cobleskill New York, and has a degree in Agricultural Engineering – Power and Machinery. He also attend the University of Wisconsin, Franklin & Marshall College, and Salem Community College. Brian worked for New Holland Farm machinery for 22 years as an engineer, New Holland Concrete for 8 years as the president, then started a manufacturing company making landscape equipment and fitness equipment.
He enjoys life with his family, is an advocate for education and committed to supporting his community.
Impact
The purpose of this fund is simply to help. Particularly to help students that have the truest financial need, paralleled with a positive drive and potential for success if only someone would help them, as deemed by a professor or other staff member, who sees the real student needs, abilities and potentials.
