Stephanie A. Mills Scholarship
Stephanie Mills is a lifelong resident of Cecil County. She attended Cecil County Public Schools and benefited from the Specialized Training of her Teachers/Nurses/Support Staff throughout her time there. She is now an active member of the community and continues to build on the foundation of her Level V/Special Education experience.
Impact
To assist a student pursing a degree in an Education or Healthcare program, with priority to students with an interest in teaching or caring for those with Special Needs. Also, to encourage specialized training for those teaching and/or caring for Special Needs children and Adults in the Community.
