Dr. Paul B. Lavine Memorial Scholarship
Dr. Lavine practiced family dentistry in Elkton, Maryland for decades with unrelenting 24/7 devotion to his practice. He was lovingly referred to as “Doc” by many. He believed in giving back to the community and this scholarship is established by his family to continue his legacy of helping people achieve their dreams.

The purpose of this fund is to provide a need based scholarship to support students enrolled at Cecil College.
