AFCEA Aberdeen Chapter
AFCEA Aberdeen Chapter provides scholarship funding to schools, teachers, and students in Harford and Cecil Counties who are obtaining a higher education certificate or degree in a STEM related curriculum. Recipients are invited to attend the AFCEA annual scholarship dinner that typically occurs in May at the Water’s Edge in Harford County.
